Morphology: An asymptomatic, blackberry-colored nodule about one cm diamter.

SCC

Age: 60 years
Gender: Male
Site: Scalp
Duration: 1 year
Morphology: An asymptomatic, firm, vegetative plaque with multinodular surface. No lymph node enlargement or distant metastasis.

Basal cell carcinoma

Age: 55 year
Gender: Female
Site: Upper lip (medial to melolabial fold)
Duration: 1 year
Morphology: An asymptomatic, non-healing, rounded, one cetimeter diameter superficial ulcer. Excisional biopsy revealed BCC.

MF (Plaque stage)

Age: 62 years
Gender: Males
Site: Face & Thigh
Duration: > 2 years
Duration: Multiple, pruritic, dull-red, infiltrative plaques involved the face, limbs and less on the trunk. No lymphadenopathy or distant metastasis.

BCC in Xeroderma pigmentosum

Age: 39 years
Gender: Female
Site: Face (Forehead)
Duration: 1 year
Morphology: A known case of XP since childhood with positive family history of similar problem in many family members. A rounded superficial ulcer with thready border and surface telangiectasia was the main presenting problem.

Morphology: Asymptomatic, flesh-colored, translucent, firm papules. One of the  patient's brothers has had similar lesions.
