Morphology: Multiple, pruritic, bluish-red, infiltrative plaques involved the trunk, face and limbs. No lymph node enlargement or hepatosplenomegaly. 

B-cell Lymphoma

Age: 30 year

Duration: One year
Morphology: Multiple, asymptomatic,  firm , skin-colored to red nodules of different size. No lymph node enlargement or organomegaly detected. 

Nodulo-ulcerative BCC

Age: 77 year
Gender: Female
Site: Infra-orbital region
Duration: One year
Morphology: Single, asymptomatic, shiny, translucent nodule with a small central ulceration and few surface telangectasia.

Kaposi sarcoma

Age: 35 year
Gender: Male
Site: Leg
Duration: 9 months
Morphology: Asymptomatic, cherry-like nodule (mimics PG or cherry angioma) proved to be Kaposi sarcoma on histologic examination.

Squamous cell carcinoma

Age: 40 year
Gender: Male
Site: Foot
Duration: 10 months
Morphology: An asymptomatic solitary verrucous nodule with some brown-black pigmentation on its surface. Histologic examination revealed SCC.

Mycosis fungoides (Patch stage)

Age: 35 year
Gender: Male
Site: Trunk and upper limbs
Duration: 5 years
Morphology: Slightly infiltrative pruritic erythematous dermatitis-like patches.
