B-cell Lymphoma

Morphology: Multiple, asymptomatic, erythematous nodules involved the face. Some nodules had translucent appearance with a few telangectatic vessels on their surface.

Keratoacanthoma

Recurrent BCC

Squamous cell carcinoma

Morphology: A painless fleshy-colored to pinkish firm to hard  nodule with a slightly verrucous surface of about one cm diameter. Both lips were affected by vitiligo many years before development of SCC.

Morphology: An oval, pinkish, translucent, nodule with a prominent surface telangectases, rolled up border and a central scaphoid-like ulcer.

Nodular amelanotic melanoma

Morphology: A solitary, large, rounded, dome-shaped nodule with some blackish pigmentation. Biopsy has showed invasive nodular melanoma pathology.

Ulcerative BCC

Morphology: Large circular ulcer with a thready pigmented border and crusted base. There was no lymph node enlargement and biopsy confirmed the diagnosis of basal cell carcinoma.

Morphology: Multiple freckles, lentigens and nodulo-ulcerative BCCs.

KA of Long Duration
