SCC

Age: 78 years
Gender: Male
Site: Nose
Duration: 18 months
History: A large, asymptomatic, hard, cruste, pinkish nodule with an irregular surafce associated with many lesions of actinic keratotis in other areas of the face. Incisional biopsy revealed SCC. No lymph node involvement or distant metastasis.
