B-cell lymphoma

Age: 82 years

Duration: 1 year
History: Multiple, asymptomatic, indurative and infiltrative erythematous nodules and plaques involved mainly the face and also the trunk. Mediastinal and cervical lymph nodes were involved in addition to hepatosplenomegally.
