Age: 62 years Gender: Males Site: Face & Thigh Duration: > 2 years Duration: Multiple, pruritic, dull-red, infiltrative plaques involved the face, limbs and less on the trunk. No lymphadenopathy or distant metastasis.
Age: 39 years Gender: Female Site: Face (Forehead) Duration: 1 year Morphology: A known case of XP since childhood with positive family history of similar problem in many family members. A rounded superficial ulcer with thready border and surface telangiectasia was the main presenting problem.
